DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
AFTER CARE
We are a very small start-up and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do all we can to ensure it is dispatched to arrive in perfect condition. The Coronavirus pandemic is causing delays with postage – of up to three weeks in some cases, so please bear that in mind but don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think your order has gone astray.
RETURNS POLICY
If your package and contents get damaged in transit, please take a photograph and send it to us (jj@lutlyeproductions.com) We will take it up with the Post Office/Courier, depending on how we sent the goods to you and contact you to arrange a refund. This does not affect your consumer rights.
SHIPPING
We have only quoted costs for shipping locally and to the UK but will do our best to ship to any address. We will estimate shipping and delivery times for you. Shipping costs are added to the cost of our books. We are hoping to sell via a third-party fulfillment provider very soon – which will make international deliveries much easier.
